Keep in touch with the doctor even after you are better so that medicines can be reduced or stopped properly.

Watch for warning signs
Discuss with your doctor to learn what might trigger your symptoms and what to do if symptoms return. Involve family members or friends in your treatment so that they can watch for warning signs and inform your doctor.

Healthy lifestyle
Maintaining a regular schedule, adequate sleep, healthy eating habits and regular physical activity are necessary for a healthy mind.
